Yoga

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, helping me become both physically and mentally stronger and more flexible. In 2019, I became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through Lotus Gardens Yoga School in Seymour, CT. I further expanded my qualifications by earning a Prenatal Yoga certification online through Arhanta Yoga in 2021, and I am currently working towards my 300-hour certification with Arcana in Portland, ME. I have experience teaching various styles, primarily slow flow, restorative, and yin yoga.

 

My teaching style focuses on providing tools to help cope with daily stressors and fostering self-compassion—both physically and mentally. My goal is for students to leave each class feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and at peace with themselves, both on and off the mat.
