At Cultivate Wellness, I take a holistic and integrative approach that seamlessly combines my extensive clinical experience with my passionate background in yoga and mindfulness practices. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can reconnect with their true selves, explore their inner landscapes, and effectively navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, clarity, and purpose. Through this process, clients are empowered to move toward healing and growth with presence, intention, and self-compassion.

 

To support this journey, I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These approaches are tailored to help individuals develop a versatile 'mental toolbox'—equipping them with practical skills to manage emotional intensities, challenge and reframe negative thought patterns, and foster intrinsic motivation for change.

A core focus of my work is cultivating heightened self-awareness, enabling clients to recognize and understand their thinking patterns, especially those that may be self-limiting or detrimental. Once identified, I guide clients in reframing these mental narratives, cultivating healthier perspectives, and building confidence to face life's obstacles with resilience and hope. Whether you're seeking personal growth, emotional balance, or a deeper connection with yourself, my mission is to support you in unlocking your inner potential and cultivating lasting well-being.
